Woke at 212.0, up 3.0 from yesterday after a fun night out with my son that included lots of drinks and dinner at two places! Extra simple carbs in the form of alcohol. Hopefully, we'll burn those off quickly. UPDATE: Came home from work at 213.0. Did a HIIT treadmill workout. Used my iPhone to monitor my Fitbit while I worked out. Worked like a charm. I was able to adjust my workout real time based on the changes I saw in my heart rate. Weighed 208.0 afterward. Good day of avoiding carbs.
