Woke up at 216.4, which is down 2.6 from yesterday at this time. Targeting a light day of eating as I work from home. Will not hit my target calories for the month but will exceed a 1000 cal per day deficit. Update: Down to 215.2 after work. Ate a good dinner and then crammed some Brazil Nuts and protein powder in water after dinner to get those macros up. Don’t really have time for the treadmill but I’m going to do it anyway. Looking for something lower than the current 213.4 I recorded yesterday.
