Woke at 216.2 today. Brought cottage cheese for lunch and had that but also attended a wedding shower where I ate a wrap, a sandwich, and some cheese and meat bites. Stayed clear of the cake, thank goodness. There is a happy hour after work that I will attend and have one or two. Life goes on... UPDATE: Came home after happy hour at 218.6. Denise and I had dinner and shared two bottles of wine. Did not work out, but got some good sleep for a change.
