Woke at 216.8 today. Tanita shows what I suspected: huge water gain from my five day adventure in moving my daughter to Chicago. Muscle mass went from 154 to 170 (dehydrated waking state). There are those 16 lbs.! Will do alternating days of 1000/1800 calories LCHF with a ton of tea each day to try to flush it out.
