Woke at 212.2 after hitting 209.0 post-workout last night. Had lunch out with the son of the co-inventor of the 'Scrum' IT development methodology. I met with his dad last week and we are working on getting a quote for a guidebook I'm writing. I ate a bacon cheeseburger without bun and a salad, but joined my guest in two beers. Weighed 212.6 coming home, so not bad.
