Stayed up until 3am studying the keto WOE and will try that for the rest of the month. Woke at 216.2, which was 1.2 lower than my post-workout weight yesterday. Successfully flushed out a lot of water yesterday. Did a 5.3 mile HIIT walk/run around the neighborhood and a little pool maintenance and got a nice 212.0 weigh in. Fasted until 3pm. Targeting 1830 calories today, but note the new keto macros I will try to hit. The Butter Bob videos and others made a lot of sense to me yesterday. Got pretty close to my macros with a 60, 30, 10 split for fats, protein, and carbs. Had to wear out some Brazil nuts to get the fat, though!

He convinced me what I have been doing to myself is all wrong. That man makes so much sense, doesn't he? LOL! A place to look for ideas on what to eat is IbreathImHungry dot com. She has an egg fast to try and she has a 3 day keto plan that I am seriously thinking about to get me started. Good luck to ya. It is coming off for you!
