Woke at 216.0 this morning, as the water weight keeps sticking around. Had more carbs than normal yesterday but not too many (118 grams). Will just keep plugging away. Targeting 1830 calories today, and that will be my target until September 1.

When you say your "target calories" are #, do you mean that you are consuming that exact number, or is that number given your total consumed minus calories burned (e.g. Calories ingested = 3000, Calories burned = 1170, so Target Today = 1830)?
