Draglist's Journal, 18 Jul 15

Woke at 213.2. Did 16:8 Intermittent Fasting but ate before working out in a fasted state. Needed to do some research into my efforts from January to April 2015. I had maintained a continual weight in the 190s at that point. Needed to find out what I was doing wrong these days. I found that I was essentially doing the very same thing as before, except perhaps a slight change in protein intake from 1 gram per pound of body mass to .8 grams per pound of body mass (an adjustment recommended by IIFYM.com). In almost every other regard, I’m doing the same thing. I also visited the Body Weight Simulator page that got me the initial success (by the way, they have fixed the Javascript on that page so that it works for everyone). I plugged in a goal of hitting 184 pounds by September 1. The calorie goal for that is 1830 per day. So as of today, I am adjusting my calories and macros to accommodate this research. Going to target 1830 calories a day, consisting of 200 grams of protein, 100 grams of carbohydrates, and 70 grams of fat. I’ll do 40-50 grams of fiber. I will continue to work out to the tune of 3100-3300 calories burned every day. Let’s see how this works.
