Woke at 210.2. Going out for dinner and a play tonight so will not get a chance to weigh in pre-dinner or work out. Next weigh in will be tomorrow morning. Going to eat a Quest bar for lunch at noon and a 100 calorie bag of almonds and walnuts at 3pm for a snack. That will allow me to indulge a bit when we eat tonight.
