Woke at 211.2 and ended at 210.6. Targeted 1960 calories today and hit it. Weighed 212.2 after work. Ate dinner first and then worked out and got the 210.6. Will get a good night’s sleep and do weights and treadmill after 16:8 IF. Should get a better number after that. In a non-weight win, I was scampering up metro escalators like a squirrel today. I walk up them to get extra steps. Not a huff or a puff on even the tallest ones. Great to be fit.

Great Job Bill!!!!, Weather Temps have been extreme. I went to Kohl's and bought new lightweight 2 exercise/walking shorts and 4 light weight tops. If you lose 2 pounds a week the next phase.... THAT IS GREAT- Be careful in heat, In Florida we have been getting feel like temps 91-105/ 88-91 at night and higher in day except rain days.

They opened the parking garage back up, been closed for work on it. So I can walk there if needed, or if all else fails just do laps in the warehouse/production facility aisles, and the stairs are always available. As long as I can get a break from work I'll be ok.
