Woke at 212.0, which is just my body being incredibly stubborn! Going to eat exactly 1242 calories today to round out the month. I'll eat 1967 tomorrow. UPDATE: Came home from work at 211.2. Ended up doing some research on my website for a friend who writes drag racing books. That took me past midnight, so no workout tonight. Ate 1240 calories and burned 2646. Nailed my 1967 per day calorie average for June and I burned 3217 on average. Will commence eating a full 1967 again tomorrow with a goal of getting back into the 190s in July.

I can feel your pain already, I pretty much have to stay within 1200-1300 to lose without major calorie burn

My wife switched from Splenda to Stevia. I use either/or occasionally. Bill you are master of adjustments, nice job.

Nice to see the drop in calories. I add those drink squirts to my water all day long to no detrimental effect. If anything, I'd cut out the sparkling cider, as it's just basically tasty sugar water (33 grams of sugar, has Vitamin C, yes, but you already get that from your Centrum pill).
