Woke at 213.4 this morning after driving 10 hours yesterday and eating 2700 calories. The extra four pounds are all water retention of course. Today is my weigh in day (every three days, minimum), so might go up a bit. Will see if I have a treadmill session in me tonight. Targeting 1500 calories to adjust from yesterday.

Am glad you had a safe trip. Hopefully no unwelcome events on the horizon for a while and things back to a semblance of normal.

Thanks, Jim. This is our last weekend with our daughter Emily at home before she heads to Michigan for her summer job teaching at a music camp. So we might do dinner out once or twice. I need to get to where I don't let that opportunity blindside me. I did OK yesterday.

Thanks, Glen. We are doing to do great. Need to go a little low today to make up for yesterday but should be back on track soon. No matter where I go, there are folks who will sell me meat, cheese, and veggies. It's the carbs and sweets that do me in, so I just need to limit them.
