Woke at 215.0. Still got to get rid of this extra water. Will be busy all day so will do my best to drink a lot. Will eat the same as yesterday (except for the ice cream!) Targeting 1856 calories.

It'll come off, you've done good with getting a lot of it out quickly. It seems it doesn't take much in "bad" carbs to hold in the water, I ate 4 miniature snickers bars yesterday and it showed in my morning weigh in.
