Woke at 215.0, which is actually down .2 from my post workout, pre dinner weight last night. Not going to record a new weight until tonight. Will do another decent day of eating and finally some SLEEP tonight. Will drive up to Ohio tomorrow afternoon, so probably won't get my weekend post-IF workouts in.

Always take the weight drop, no matter how small or silly it feels. It is weight not clinging to your body, and eventually all those .2's add up.
