Woke at 218.6. Spoke at a catered conference today. Great lunch and a few snacks. Ate 2400 plus calories but will eat lighter tomorrow to even out. Didn't get home until 9:30 so weighed in after dinner at 221.2. Will get back to work tomorrow. Will be in the office so cottage cheese during the day and turkey chops at night will set me right. Will try to get home at a decent time and get in a workout, too.

WOW, I bet your conferences are very interesting!!!!! Awesome Job by the way of dropping so much weight fast, ........I wish I had have your speed at dropping the pounds!!!!
