Recovery day after a fun night out and some drinks at home afterwards. Slept in but no workout today. Weight up three pounds from yesterday’s new low, but no doubt lots of water involved. Back on track tomorrow. Adjusted my goal weight and body mass numbers after I exceeded them when I hit the new low yesterday.

Hey we all need a break!! Congrats on holding on to 196!!!! Even I Told break Sunday and I got to tell you the Shrimp at Applebee's was Delicious and enjoy seeing the Race on the Big Screen!!!! Jeff Gordon came in at #10
