Waking weigh in of 203.2 equals my post workout weigh in from last night. Working from home today due to the snow and some urgent things I had to turn in at work. No conference for me today. So will start with coconut oil in coffee and will try to get in a post 16:8 workout after noon. Targeting 2009 calories today.
