Waking weigh in of 202.6 and blood sugar reading of 84 two days after a party where I ate sugar. I ate 1540 calories yesterday and very few carbs (but did top 2300 in sodium). So, water weight seems to be up a bit as expected, but blood sugar does not seem to tie into it. Working from home so drinking a ton of water, green tea, and strong coffee (earlier). Fasted until 4:00 because I got busy on a project and didn't get on the treadmill until 2. Then I got off, showered, and had to get on a status call at 3:30. The fasted 1000 calorie workout helped me get to 199.2. Targeting 1835 calories today.

Once I lost my initial weight and got my pre-diabetes under control, an occasional indiscretion does not seem to show up in my bloodwork. But lets not push it - LOL.
