Woke at 204.4, ate 1150 calories at work, and got 204.2 walking in the door pre-dinner. That is .6 lighter than yesterday, when 65 minutes of HIIT resulted in a 202.0 weigh in. Not working out tonight as my brother is visiting, but not going out either. We are going to stay home and have turkey and green beans, so my fears about restaurant sodium are gone. Going to drink up some wine for sure, and I hope it will have the same effect as last week (diuretic and regularity). Will sleep in, finish 16:8 IF, and a noon workout in an attempt to get near 199 again.

You are SO close - good for you for staying in to eat, so much easier to be in control. I have to go out tomorrow night - but I'm already thinking of how mindful I have to be. Enjoy the visit from your brother - always nice to have family around!

I think that you will get to 199 by staying away from the restaurants. Just try to stay out of carby snack foods and eat protein with that wine. It will happen!! Go for it! Have a great weekend!

Thanks, everyone. We had a great time. Wine had its desired effect, but enjoyed some dates, Brazil nuts, and a little protein 'ice cream.' Calories in exceeded calories out, but that was only the third time this month. I think 202 is probably going to be the end number after Saturday's workout.
