Waking weigh in at 203.8 was lower than yesterday, but I won't get to do a post 16:8 workout to take it to a new after holiday low. Back to the work week! Targeting about 1500-1600 calories today, depending on how much exercise I get. Radio show on Monday nights, so no workout.

Yup, had a great time with them. Just didn't exercise as much restraint as you when it came to eating the past couple days, but back to the regimen now and looking forward to what the new year holds.
