hey everyone I was at 206lbs and now I'm down to 196. I have been trying my hardest to document daily on here I need to not miss days. I have been going on a daily 7000-10000 step daily competition! it has been fun 😅
88.9 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
