Got a wild hair and added Nestle Chocolate Chips to my ‘healthy ice cream.’ Dumb. It added 420 calories. Luckily, I have time to work it off. (And next time, it’s Cacao Nibs all the way!)

Gotta love those wild hair that take us where we don't want to go. I hope you enjoyed the ice cream anyway and you will work it off!

I'm going to try some frozen chocolate protein powder/almond milk/yougurt mixture along with frozen banana and fruit in the dessert bullet we just got. Might add some shaved extra dark chocolate, a half square of it would be 35 calories.

You probably burned them off pretty quickly, and let's face it, they don't physically weight that much. I think eating a big bowl of sugary cereal vs. eating a protein bar with chocolate chips is far worse. For some reason, the bowl of cereal would bloat me up like crazy but the protein bar, even with carbs, wouldn't effect my weight. Weird! Anyway, glad you dodged this bullet. And be careful of those Cacao Nibs. Have you tried them with success? If so, please tell me how. I got some and they were hideous. I had to brush my teeth after having only a few. I can see why the word Caca is part of the name, haha.
