Morning weigh in at 204.4 after our excursion to Sonic last night and a few more goodies when when we got home. Did 16:8 fasting and then push ups, tricep dips, and a hard 65 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5 mph to 5 mph, all at a ten percent grade. Kept my heart rate between 114 and 136 bpm (spiking at the 5 mph HIIT bursts). Subsequent weigh in got me to 200.6, so we are staying in the right neighborhood. Had a glass of champagne with my daughter Emily after midnight last night as she turned 21. We drank the rest in mimosas this morning and I made her waffles from scratch. Lots of carbs so far, but will have a bit of crock pot dinner and call it a night later. Going out for dinner and a big band show tomorrow night so will enjoy a few calories then. Holiday weight has been doing great so long as I slave on the treadmill for an hour at noon each day! Enjoy your holidays!

You got your weight back down again!!!! You are my hero!!! My goal is to get that wonderful metabolic age you have. LOL! If I could get mine to move lower than 50, I would be so happy. :-)

Glad you are enjoying the holidays. Once the Holidays are over with I have got to force my self into the gym. My latest gifts Ghirardelli Tower, Godiva tower with a diamond pendant, and lots of gifts and its not even Christmas Day yet!! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!!- I HAVE BEEN ENJOYING ALL THE FUN AND PARTIES!!!!
