Left work with 435 calories in me to go to dinner and a show. This was the meal I was planning for to start the holiday season. We saw Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, starring American Idol favorites and now husband-and-wife Diana DeGarmo and Ace Young. It was a really great show. The rest of the cast was superb. We had a nice dinner beforehand and tried not to go too crazy. Too much bread, sodium, and real sugar with coffee, but no dessert. I ended up burning quite a few more calories today than I expected to, which actually has me at a surprising deficit. A lot of post-dinner weight tonight, but hoping to whittle it back off and maintain the 200s during the holidays.

Overall Great Job Bill Considering going out to Dinner and super event! I know you are feeling better the whole food intake is posted again!
