Had extra calories to eat today based on my calorie burn. Hit all my IIFYM macros and still finished under my 1000 calorie deficit target, despite the additional goodies!

Daily targets: 70 fat, 68 carbs, 200 protein, 40 fiber, <1500 sodium, 1702 cals
Today ate: 71 fat, 204 carbs, 210 protein, 41 fiber, 1990 sodium, 2403 cals (3639 used, 1236 deficit)
Running avg: 67 fat, 135 carbs, 195 protein, 1920 cals (3034 used, 1114 deficit)
