Morning weigh in of 211.0 after eating a big dinner last night (still burned 1000 calories more than I ate). Will target about 1700-1800 calories today and do weights tonight. Then will do 16:8 fast and HIIT treadmill at noon on Saturday. Should get me solidly into the 2-ohs.
