OK, post-Thanksgiving damage report: up to 217.8 after back to back 5200 and 3900 calorie days. Had a great time. Ate and drank like crazy. So 10.8 lbs. gained over two days. Amazing, our bodies. But will start to taper off to end the month and then start again in December!

Update: Finally got off my butt long enough to do a 65 minute HIIT treadmill workout. Got back to 214.8 but then ate more snacks as we enjoyed a few bottles of dessert wine on a movie night...

I give you credit for reporting all calories -You will ok- before you know it you will be at 200 again!!! Calorie count today is 100 accurate- will try to skip dinner- it's amazing - I did not realize arbys was higher than McDonald's in calories!!!!- Also alot more walking ahead today should get me below Rdi as long as I skip dinner

So unfair right so much work and then we enjoy life and BOOM. I don't want to even weight myself after thanksgiving LOL I'm doing my first 24 hours fasting today wish me luck.
