A nice day of eating good food. Ended up under 1600 calories. Will target 1200 on Monday but the rest of the week will be higher. Looks like I will not be able to hit a 1700 per day average this month after some of my earlier indulgence weekends, but should be able to come in under 2100 per day after Thanksgiving week. Will have a minimum average daily deficit this month of 600 calories. I'd like that to be more like 900, but there is always next month!

Today ate: 40 fat, 114 carbs, 174 protein, 38 fiber, 1652 sodium, 1594 cals (2794 used, 1200 deficit)
Running avg: 74 fat, 168 carbs, 146 protein, 2012 cals (2711 used, 699 deficit)
