Morning weigh in of 208.4 after a 1423 calorie day. Did not work out last night because I had to work until past 11:30 pm. Will do 600 calories at work and then an evening workout. Targeting about 1430 calories today.
94.2 kg Lost so far: 53.3 kg.    Still to go: 1.2 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
