Was at a convention all day, so I took two protein bars and two 100 calorie packs of almonds. But they actually fed us there, so I did have a roast beef sandwich on a hard roll, a banana, and an apple. Still ate one of the protein bars and a bag of nuts. Got home with 711 calories in me and weighed 211.2. Man, what a plateau, but will go back down after I lose about nine pounds of water. Had a good dinner of shrimp and steamed edamame, but also had a piece of chocolate. About 100 calories more than I wanted to eat, but I will live. Back to a regular menu tomorrow of yogurt, chia, flax, etc. I wouldn't mind hitting 209 something in the morning!

Sounds like they had decent food. Sometimes conference food can be full of empty carbs.

Mmm...roast beef sandwich.... Drool worthy! You did good! If I could reach you I would pat you on the back! Would be hard to pass up the cakes, etc. especially being around other people.
