Draglist's Journal, 18 Oct 14

Another good day of exercise and pretty light eating. Had some Jordan Almonds and a few chocolate cashew clusters, but a decent lunch. Off to a great Italian restaurant for the works... that will add a few calories but doing great.

Update: Just enjoyed a marvelous dinner at Chef Fausto's Ristorante Antipasti. Outstanding veal with pine nuts. Splurged and had pasta instead of vegetables and of course had an amazing dessert, too. Got out of the day at 2922 calories. I even ended up with a slight deficit today.
