No scale to weigh in at the beach but ended my 16:8 fast with a nice five mile HIIT walk/run on the boardwalk. Took one hour exactly! Chilling here afterwards... have a great weekend!
Food update:
Had a monster day of walking (9.9 miles and 16,000 plus steps) so that mitigated a 2600 calorie eating day. Did not get anywhere close to the 4000 calories I budgeted. Looks like I'll actually be able to eat for the rest of the month! : )
