Went over my 1300 calorie limit today with a huge dinner of summer squash, beef, and a big salad. Totaled 1800 some calories. I'll absorb that. Macros looking good, although about 20 high on fat and carbs. Will adjust this week.

Daily targets: 65 fat, 65 carbs, 190 protein, 38-48 fiber, <2300 sodium, 1605 cals
Today ate: 89 fat, 80 carbs, 179 protein, 26 fiber, 2047 sodium, 1834 cals (2766 used, 932 deficit)
Running avg: 88 fat, 177 carbs, 135 protein, 2104 cals (2720 used, 616 deficit)

1800 not so bad, you always even it out over a week or a few days. You arlikeme average over time.

Yes, definitely will do. My overall average target for this month is 1900 per day, but after eating a little too much the first week of the month, I wanted to hit that 1900 number before we go out of town next weekend. I got this, though... Thanks, Wholefoodnut!

Looking at your weight history, if you lose .6 lbs [204 lbs] you will be back in the blue zone. You got this!

Thanks, Deb! Hey, I made it to blue today! I get a blue line at about 206 or so... don't know why! Now, I need to find the 190s again, but that likely won't happen until the end of the month as we have a long vacation weekend next week and we already have our restaurants picked out! : )

Great job on updated goal met-!!!! me and football friends finished up getting old solar film off my car windows - the 90 degree weathe r had us sweating and drenched (me 2nd day in row) -I am sure this had to help in detoxing body and melting some water weight off

Your dinner sounds delicious and not so bad on the calories. Will be easy for you to adjust 'cause you are such a pro at this!

Thanks, Kattay! Yes, it was great! Denise shredded the squash to approximate pasta. We had a tomato based meat sauce with lots of big chunks of beef and a little Parmesan. Very tasty! But it means I'm down to 1100 calories for the next three days. It was worth it!
