Went over my 1300 calorie limit today with a huge dinner of summer squash, beef, and a big salad. Totaled 1800 some calories. I'll absorb that. Macros looking good, although about 20 high on fat and carbs. Will adjust this week.

Daily targets: 65 fat, 65 carbs, 190 protein, 38-48 fiber, <2300 sodium, 1605 cals
Today ate: 89 fat, 80 carbs, 179 protein, 26 fiber, 2047 sodium, 1834 cals (2766 used, 932 deficit)
Running avg: 88 fat, 177 carbs, 135 protein, 2104 cals (2720 used, 616 deficit)

Looking at your weight history, if you lose .6 lbs [204 lbs] you will be back in the blue zone. You got this!

Great job on updated goal met-!!!! me and football friends finished up getting old solar film off my car windows - the 90 degree weathe r had us sweating and drenched (me 2nd day in row) -I am sure this had to help in detoxing body and melting some water weight off
