Morning weigh in at 213.4 after eating a bit more than RDI yesterday. Ate far less than I anticipated so I now have 1270 calories per day to get back on track this week. I formerly had targeted 1000 per day. Have a great weekend!

You did good, eating just 1000 cals per day everyday is not fun. At least now it's a bit more. Have a great Friday Bill :-)

Dont eat less than 1500 per day.. My suggestion is to convert into vegan..... :)

Great idea alternating calories so you have up days and down days, probably makes doing it easier. Will file that tip away for future use.

The up and down definitely works. I don't plan it, but when I do it, I usually have better drops for the week. Nice Job.

You need at least 1200 cal or your body will go into starvation mode.
