This morning I woke up feeling tired and groggy. My leg muscles and lower back a little sore. Yesterday I changed my resistance on my exercise bike a one notch up and wondering if I pushed myself and I only could do 20 minutes. I have no energy and feel like I could go for a nap. I also had a mild headache but where I live the air pressure changed dramatically. So husband thinks that could be why because I have experience migraine with air pressure changing before. I had so much energy the last few days and today I don't. I didn't drink as much as water yesterday then I usually do. My body feels like it's missing a nutrition or I'm lacking something. I'm hoping I will feel better tomorrow . I'm not going to go on my exercise bike today and give my body a rest. Tomorrow I will change the resistance back down one notch on the bike that I'm comfortable with.
