so the holidays beat my ass when it comes to my weight. candy and carbs flowed like water. stuffing 3 times in two weeks didn't help lol. I gained 12 ish pounds back. On January 2nd I weighed 288 pounds. I got back on the lower carb horse and lost about 10 of what I put on. so I'm almost back to where I was. it helps that I'm back to work after having most of the holidays off. two weeks of Siting on my ass when added to the sugar and carbs aided in the fast weight gain. According to the Google fit app I get between 10,000 and 15,000 steps in at work. (Teaching is...fun?) so yeah...back to quasi keto and still liking it alot.
124.8 kg Lost so far: 27.1 kg.    Still to go: 34.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can totally relate to this post. Back to meal planning and no cookies. I hope to loose my 7 lbs just as fast as you. I have decided to do the dry January and also not drink any wine on the weekends too. Good luck to you!
