so I made a cauliflower pizza from scratch yesterday that my wife and I ate. it was amazing. it mimics my old high carb pizza order and I was stuffed full on like 15 total carbs. there was even a couple slices left over from a medium sized pizza. Reader, that never happens lol. I put the recipe on here in the cookbook. oh also lost a couple pounds on pizza night and that REALLY never happens lol I shall take it.
124.1 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 33.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

@DomOlive. Take half a head of cauliflower blitzed in the blender into rice sized bits, a cup of mozzarella cheese, 2 eggs and 4 tbsp of parmasean cheese a tablespoon of oregano and a tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder and black pepper. You cook the cauliflower for a couple minutes in the microwave til it's tender then mix the lot together and spread it on a cookie sheet then bake for 25 minutes at 400. Pull it and add the toppings you want and back in the oven til the cheese melts. I ate half of it and was full on about 25g of total carbs (somewhere around 15g when you subtract the fiber lol)

Well done! I find the fat in the toppings fills me and keeps me full, no snacking becomes easy too! High carb seem to lack that signal to stop eating at least for me.
