Hit 203.8 pre dinner tonight. Will eat dinner, work out, and look again. Eating and working out will probably average out to the same tonight, but might get lower in the morning. Lost a few more pounds of water weight, so fat percentage went up as result despite same weight as last night. Light eating day. Did not get up to my calories. Got full at dinner and didn't want to eat gratuitously just to make the calorie goals. Finished up the lunch meat in the house plus some tuna, so the sodium was huge again at 2807. Gonna lay off that stuff although it's a quick protein fix. Will buy and cook real chicken.
