Another light eating day at work resulted in a 203.6 weigh in pre-dinner. Had a nice big dinner and a 'healthy ice cream' with two frozen bananas (which elevated the carbs by 70 grams). Right on track with my calories. Sodium 2442 a bit high (but 1200 alone from the turkey lunch meat at dinner).
