Morning weigh in of 210.6 after a 1400 calorie day that ended with 45 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill. Thanks, Mrsmole! Going to be all over the city in meetings today so will eat protein bars and shakes until tonight.

Okay, it sounds like you got pretty low blood sugar today, Draglist! Hopefully, that will get all used up by the time you get home and the protein will help you rock that HIIT tonight. Work it, buddy!
