Morning weigh in of 204.4 showed yesterday's 460 calorie surplus. More eating today and back on track tomorrow.

DH's weight will fluctuate 5 pounds a day - think it is a guy thing. Not to worry - you'll be back to Onderland soon.

I wouldn't get on the scale for 4 days after logging in that many calories. Whoa! Your workout(s) will reverse that number. Good luck!

Youch!! That's an incredible amount if calories! I know you adjust, you will be adjusting for awhile. You can do it!
