Got 200.8 for a morning weigh in after a carb heavy 2354 calorie Sunday. Lots of fresh fruit and two 100 calorie sandwich thins, plus other goodies. Will eat about 1300 today to get back on track. No workout tonight. Rest day.

Thanks, Mrsmole and Jim! Yes, I think I got off easy for what I ate yesterday so long as I pull back today. If I only hit 200 when I eat 500 calories over target, that works for me!
