Waking weigh in of 203.2. Ate 1674 calories yesterday to get my average calories per day this month to 1834 on a goal of 1840 per day. On track. Will have dinner and drinks out with an old friend tonight, so third day in a row without working out. Will hit it hard after my 16:8 fast on Saturday at noon. Have a great weekend, everyone.

Are you going for you 190 something for Monday? I'll have to do some work to get to 139. But that would be nice.

You know... if after being on medication, I might just be able to understand what in the hell you're doing. As of now, I just "support" you most of the time. And so the education will continue.

I looking forward to my Monday weigh in, should be just over the 300 hundred mark. It's been fun getting back on track, making healthier food choices,monitoring calories going in / out and of course the weight reduction. Have a great weekend :-)

Depends on where you have dinner. Stay away from that center where you see all your plays and you should be okay! It's amazing how quickly alcohol adds up the calories. Wishing you a great weekend!
