Back to 202.6 after a decent eating day but no workout. Will target about 1700 calories today but doing dinner out, which might be a challenge.

As long as it isn't fast food or diner food you might be ok. Stay away from the fried stuff - it's addicting!

Good luck with your challenging dinners. Enjoy...and then...well we have all seen you use your knowledge and dedication to good health before. I don't ever imagine getting back to losing is easy, but it is doable and you do it so well. J

Good luck with all those social engagements! Those situations are usually hard on people trying to lose or maintain. But you can do this, you almost have it down to a science!

Enjoying other people's company and having fun is what it is all about! :) I do adjustment days too. Some people may refer to the adjustments as "refeed days", "zig zagging calorie intake", "change ups" or "fasting days". Whatever works!
