Morning weigh in of 199.2 after working out and eating late last night. A massive bowl of fresh veggies and a quart of berry-banana-chocolate-kale 'ice cream' did the trick! I swear, I need to open a smoothie bar or at least post those recipes! That stuff is amazing! Dinner and a play at the Kennedy Center tonight so I may have seen my lowest weight for July. Enjoy the day!

Thanks for the recipe Bill, I'm going to try it. I do something similar each day for breakfast, not as heavy on the fruit so it's more like a shake and I add flax/chia seeds also. They're very satisfying as you already know. You're doing great, thanks for the knowledge and inspiration you bring to this.
