Morning weigh in of 199.6. Will eat about 1800 calories today but will do an hour treadmill before dinner. That should get me to 198 something.

Hey Draglist, I got to experience what it's like to gain 13 pounds in 3 days. Totally unfun and also kind of hilarious at the same time. Then to lose 6 pounds in two days and realize that it's mostly water, but still...wow. It's because I've seen you do it that I didn't totally freak out. Thank you for blazing the trail and showing that minor setback can be beaten with minimal effort and a little help from your friends!
