Waking weigh in of 216.4 on day two after vacation. Still showing high water weight in the muscle and bone mass numbers of 175.8 and 9.0 lbs. These are typically at about 160.0 and 8.2 upon waking. Will eat 1500-1800 calories today.

You're still under 15% body fat and have a metabolic age of 18. Whatever else you do now that you're back from vacation, at least you are starting from a position of strength and not weakness. I'm sure that you'll hit your targets in no time.

So you probably gained about 2-4 "actual" pounds that you will lose over the next two weeks or so. Not to worry. It's just always funny to see those insane numbers. You know you didn't eat that much even if you weighed out all your food on a scale! LOL. I'll be right by your side. See you August 1st with those new lows!
