So, the month of August was a bit of a write off- I knew it was going to be a super stressful and hard month with lots of family issues going on, so decided to take a break from tracking, since I knew I would have a hard time controlling my availability of food choices and that it would ultimately just lead to frustration and more stress. I just tried to focus on portion control. A pretty disappointing loss for an entire month but now that things are somewhat settled, I’m back at it and hopefully September will be better 🙂.
110.9 kg Lost so far: 18.3 kg.    Still to go: 27.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
