Up to 202.6 after a light day of eating at work. Will hop on the treadmill after dinner (did 30 minutes). Ate 1600 calories today. I thought that would put me on my 1840 per day target for July, but I made a math error last night. Will whittle it down further this weekend. Will do a 16:8 fast, another treadmill workout at noon, and then weigh in tomorrow. After that, time to enjoy all the steak, chicken kabobs, and kielbasi I am marinating right now! Happy Independence Day!

I see when you work out you can have those extras like beer. I miss alcohol. I am going to visit my kids in August and I foresee alcohol in my future. I wish I was not lazy. I just don't exercise. I'm nervous about undoing some of my hard work. Going to be very careful on vacation. You're doing great!!
