Ate about 830 calories at breakfast and lunch. Got some good steps in, too. Came home and weighed in at 205.0. Up .4 from this morning but 1.2 less than this time yesterday. A little dehydrated today which is screwing with my water, muscle, and fat numbers. Wish I knew which water percentage was most correct. Ate a nice dinner and snack to round out the day at 1950 calories. Will do a 16:8 fast and maybe a workout. Not sure if I'll be out of the house early tomorrow or not. Weight lifting tonight.
